How does pricing work?

Each court packet costs $15. You'll be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout when you're ready to generate your packet. Payment is processed only when you download the final formatted packet.

What file formats can I upload?

Court Packet Builder supports PDF files and common image formats (JPG, PNG). All uploaded files are automatically scanned for viruses and sanitized for security.

How does AI document analysis work?

Our AI-powered analysis uses Anthropic's Claude API to read your documents and suggest appropriate exhibit titles. This helps speed up the organization process, but you always have full control to accept, modify, or reject suggestions.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We implement comprehensive security measures:

• All files are encrypted at rest
• Virus scanning with ClamAV on every upload
• File sanitization to remove malicious content
• HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data transfer
• Automatic deletion of generated packets 24 hours after download

Can I customize court formatting?

Yes! Court Packet Builder includes formatting profiles for different jurisdictions. You can select the appropriate court profile when creating your packet to ensure proper formatting, Bates numbering, and exhibit headers.

What happens to my generated packets?

Generated court packets are available for download immediately after creation. They are automatically deleted 24 hours after first download to protect your privacy. Your cases and exhibits remain saved, so you can regenerate packets anytime. Best practice: Download your packets immediately after generation.

How do I organize pages into exhibits?

After uploading your documents, you can create exhibits and drag pages into them. Each exhibit gets a letter (A, B, C, etc.) and a custom title. You can reorder pages within exhibits and exhibits within your packet using drag-and-drop.

Can I rotate pages?

Yes. If a page is scanned at the wrong orientation, you can rotate it directly within the exhibit builder before generating your final packet.

Do I need to review AI suggestions?

Yes, always. AI-generated titles are suggestions to speed up your workflow, not legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing all titles and ensuring they accurately represent your exhibits before filing with the court.

Can I get a refund?

Credits are generally non-refundable. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if there's a service error or technical issue. Contact us through the form above to discuss your situation.

How can I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time through your account settings. All your documents, cases, and personal data will be permanently removed from our servers.
